Every day work requires constant learning. Computer courses, language training, communication and management expertise – to name only a few areas, in which the AMANN GROUP offers seminars. On special occasions, we also set up individual upskilling measures, which can promote and support every ambitious employee.

AMANN takes this internal training seriously – and this shows in the figures, as well:

Statistically, more than 90 % of all the employees in administration participate in at least one intensive training course a year.
