Sewing Threads for technical requirements

techX Performance Threads include heat- and chemical-resistant, mechanically stressable and non-melting, self-extinguishing sewing threads made from aramides, PEEK and ePTFE.

Technical textiles are gaining more importance all over the world. They are increasingly replacing traditional materials in the most difficult production areas, and there are good reasons for that: Almost invariably they are more flexible, functional, cost-efficient, durable and environmentally sensitive, in manufacturing as well as in application and end use.

Serabond 20		The optimized specialist sewing thread for the entire sailing industry, is strong, extremely robust and will not unravel even under the most difficult conditions.

Zyex 24		The heat- and chemical-resistant, mechanically stressable sewing thread, made of a Polyetheretherketone (PEEK)-continuous filament for high temperatures up to app. 334 degrees centigrade.
I-TECH 20		The conductive sewing thread made from continuous filament polyamide, combined with Inox (stainless steel). This is useful for the dispersion and conduction of electrical or static charges.
D-tech 30		The chemical resistant, heat resistant and efficient sewing thread for filters in the field of hot gas filtration, exhaust air cleaning and dust filtration, e.g. coal fired power stations, waste incineration plants, cement factories.
PAX^x SNA 80		The polyester sewing thread with a silicone reduced finish in a new construction for trouble-free sewing operations on air filter bags.
