AMANN ID Card for Material

New fabrics that are more and more complicated in processing – from paper touch, extremely thin chiffon, to techno fabrics, to laminated materials – make the production process more and more demanding. To discuss and possibly avoid processing problems in time, prior to the start of production, AMANN developed a standardised processing test – the AMANN ID-card for material. The goal is to identify major processing problems (seam pucker, snags, loop breaking, etc.) in advance, and systematically look for the suitable remedies. We offer this service for fabric manufacturers when developing new materials and also for garment producers when designing new samples.
