Polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT) is a polyester-family synthetic fibre combining high elasticity, a soft feel and excellent stretch-and-recovery behaviour. It is durable, crease-resistant and resistant to yellowing, making it particularly suitable for flexible seams in stretch garments and performance apparel. Certain PTT variants contain a proportion of renewable raw materials.
