The Vietnamese zodiac is similar to the Chinese zodiac in its usage and arrangement of animals, but replaces the ox with the water buffalo and the rabbit with the cat.
This is why we are celebrating 2023 with both animals; a cat according to the Vietnamese zodiac and a rabbit according to the Chinese zodiac.
